After 15 years of love and support, The Original Big Dogs Grill at Camden Yards was forced to close in 2007. I will never forget how my loyal customers lined up at the corner of Camden and Eutaw Streets to get the seasons first Big Dog and wish me a Happy New Year (beginning of the season). In 2010 I decided to expand my culinary talent by becoming a Pitmaster and quickly learned you are nothing without your own sauce. So, with love and passion I created this sauce…Bobby-Que Sauce. Many people over the years have encouraged me to bottle my sauce for others to enjoy. Life is about making memories and taking chances. You can put this on anything, so take a chance and BE BOLD!
